Our technicians and engineering are fully trained and certified by OEM standards. We can support your valve maintenance and repair needs in our shop or at your plant.
Our local shops in MapTaPhut, Rayong are fully equipped with the machining, tooling, and testing equipment necessary to do a repair right the first time according the to the manufacturer’s standard.
We also have mobile valve test bench that allow on site repair of valve components to support your onsite outage needs for any industry including but not limited to Power Plants, Paper Mills, Specialty Chemical and Biopharmaceutical. We can service all types of valves including safety, globe, rotary, and butterfly valves.
The supervisor also helps in the coordination of service work for the specified equipment. Where necessary, the engineer can provide expert recommendations for management and maintenance of equipment.
Device Mangement
SYSTECH takes full responsibility for your valve repairs and associates spare part inventories. Device management service helps you minimize spare parts inventory and free up to spend while ensuring critical spare parts are on hand when needed.
SYSTECH works with you to reduce stock value and optimize inventory by identifying critical devices to hold in stock, defining target inventory levels and long-term lifecycle plans for each field device.
You can count on our field service experts to support you – from regular valve repairs and maintenance planning through to complete lifecycle planning and execution. We offer training, maintenance supervision and can educate your personnel on your installed base and better diagnostics utilization. For special projects, a dedicated SYSTECH valve expert can be assigned to your plant to support your long-term maintenance needs.
